Students showcase talents at graduation
EdTech/HRTech startup, Garden Academy has graduated 1027 students as it held its maiden edition of a tech summit tagged: TechMeet.
The event was an avenue for Garden Academy tech talents to showcase their skills, present their startup ideas, find global career prospects, and connect with hiring professionals from across the globe.
TechMeet provides an avenue for partners, investors, professionals, students, recruiters, and tech enthusiasts to poach talents and support their favourite teams.
In his address, the Principal and Co-founder of Garden Academy, Olanrewaju Idowu Oladiamonds, congratulated the graduates who took up the big challenge of building startup ideas.
According to him, “Garden Academy, in the last five months, has trained over 1027 students in various tech career skills such as product design, software testing, business analysis, digital transformation, and others.
“They have a daunting mission to solve the tech talent shortages in Africa and the world at large by offering the best learning platform and premium training experience, driving excellent learners’ performance. The startup projects presented by the graduates are evidence of the world-class delivery by the Academy.”
Oladiamonds stated further that the academy had the capacity and competence to train more than 10,000 youths with the support of investors and players in the ecosystem.
