PLASU Post-UTME/DE Screening Registration For 2024/2025 Session
This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into the undergraduate programmes of Plateau State University, Bokkos through the JAMB UTME and Direct Entry (DE) applications for 2024, that the University will be conducting an online post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) Screening for admission into the University for the 2024/2025 academic session from Monday, 19th August, 2024 to Monday, 9th September, 2024.
ELIGIBILITY
The screening exercise is open to:
1. All candidates who chose Plateau State University, Bokkos as their “First Choice” and scored 160 and above in the 2024 JAMB UTME. However, candidates who applied for admission into Faculties of Health Sciences, Law and Social Sciences are to note the following differential cut-off points for programmes in those Faculties:
a Faculty of Health Sciences:
- Department of Nursing Sciences: Minimum Score of 215 points
- Department of Medical Laboratory Science: Minimum Score of 200 points
- Department of Public Health: Minimum Score of 180 points
b Faculty of Law:
- Department of Law: Minimum Score of 200 points.
C Faculty of Social Sciences:
- Department of Psychology: Minimum Score of 180 points.
2. Candidates who chose Plateau State University, Bokkos as their “First Choice” in the 2024 JAMB Direct Entry (DE) application; and have any of the following qualifications: First Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), (with a minimum of Lower Credit); and IJMB/JUPEP (with minimum of 6 points).
PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION FOR THE SCREENING
The screening will be done online, following the procedure outlined below:
1. Visit the University portal: http://sis.plasu.edu.ng
2. Select from the menu option “Application forms” and click “UTME/DE APPLICATION”.
3. Fill in JAMB Registration Number to verify.
4. You are expected to enter a valid/active email address. Enter a good password and confirm the password.
5. A Confirmation Link will be sent to your email address instantly.
6. Click the confirmation Link to login and complete the application process.
7. Click the button “Click to make payment” and an RRR will be generated.
8. Click the button “Proceed To Payment” to choose payment options.
9. Pay a non-refundable screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00).
10. Upload a Recent Passport (Max file size is 150kb; allowed file types: png, jpg, jpeg).
11. Upload and submit the best Five (5) relevant O-Level subjects (as contained in JAMB brochure requirements for PLASU) and their grades. This should not be from more than two (2) seatings.
12. Registration is complete and the slip is ready for printing.

12.Also, fill in your Direct Entry Academic Qualification; Name of Institution, Qualificatio, name, Discipline, Grade.
13. Registration is complete and the slip is ready for printing.
Note: Candidates offered provisional admission based on wrong information will not be registered and may be liable to prosecution.
Candidates are to ensure that they upload their SSCE and/or ‘A’ Level results on the JAMB portal without which they may not be offered admission.
BEWARE OF FRAUDSTERS/CYBERCRIME
Candidates and indeed members of the public should beware of fraudsters who may be fronting as agents of the University to dupe innocent and unsuspecting candidates and members of the general public under the pretence of offering admission to them.
The University wishes to make it abundantly clear that admission into the University is done directly by the University and JAMB: and NOT through any third party or agent, please.
